Every time we have contacted a customer support agent at Pikebit, it has been pleasant.
They have assisted us swiftly and politely! However, we did find that the chat feature is sometimes unresponsive, and we have had to wait up to three hours for an agent to connect with us.
Unfortunately, we can’t reach Pikebit via email, as that is sometimes the optimal way of contact with more complex issues.
Responsible Gambling
We were very disappointed that Pikebit has no information about responsible gambling on their website. Any decent online casino should at least have some generic information about gambling addiction and where to find help.
