After spending three days (!) in a live chat with Lucky Yeti for assistance (not getting the issue resolved, mind you), it’s safe to say that their Live Chat feature is extremely flawed.
Their opening hours aren’t applicable, as they’ve answered us randomly throughout the day, after which we have waited for a response again for several hours.
The assistance we received wasn’t good, as their support agents could not clarify how their bonuses worked.

Once we moved over to email communications, things went a lot smoother. We got responses faster than in the chat, and the agents took their time to answer our queries correctly.
